  I have been taking my family and going to Norton Family for 7 years. In that time, the quality of care has gone down significantly. When the doctors order x-rays, ultrasounds, etc with the local hospital and schedule the appointment, the hospital never has the order when we go. Then, the doctor's office doesn't follow up to get the records from the hospital. It took 2 weeks for my husband to find out that he had gallstones from the office due to an ultrasound. We are looking for a new place to go.

  Dr stokes has been my Primary doctor for roughly 5 years. Whenever I go in to see him, it's a positive experience. I can't believe some of the reviews that I have seen on here. Office staff always works with me and are genuinely nice and caring people. I would recommend Norton family practice to all of my friends and family!

  This practice is awesome. The staff works hard. You have to realize they see many patients a day.of course we all want to feel as though we are the only patient. Be patient with the staff. You are not behind the scenes. You don't know what it takes to do their job. Keep up the good work guys !
